The Rhodes Information Initiative at Duke brings take an interdisciplinary approach to big data, involving undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty from across Duke University. The program had grown since 2017 when we redesigned their website. With a growing number of students, faculty, and projects came new communications challenges. And older technology platform was also in need up an update.

Solution
We began by analyzing and summarizing the website’s traffic. We presented our findings, along with recommendations, and compiled a wish list of features for the new site. We then created a new, modern design and built a website using WordPress. Finally, we migrated all of the content from the old, Drupal-based website. We provide ongoing content and development support to keep the site alive and engaging.
