Duke University Department of Surgery Residency and Fellowship Programs are among the most sought after training opportunities in the country for medical professionals.
Challenge: Increase the number and quality of applicants for the positions; better communicate the advantages and experience of training at Duke.
Services: Information architecture, writing, and editing
Solution: Through interviews with faculty and trainees, we developed a structure and wrote content that promoted the strengths of Duke Surgery and also answered the questions that most prospective trainees have. We implemented a similar structure for about 20 programs, which helped promote consistency of experience.
