Johns Hopkins Home Care Group is one of the leaders in home care services in the country. Since 1983, they’ve provided services at home to patients in Maryland and the surrounding areas. As home care becomes more important, their services continue to grow — as does their need for content that describes what they offer.
Challenge: John Hopkins Home Care Group sought to reorganize and expand their content to match user expectations rather than the internal structure of the team. They wanted to better describe their services and use language that their prospective clients would understand.
Services: Writing, interviewing, editing
Solution: We worked closely with the Home Care, performing 10 interviews of subject matter experts. We wrote new content based on those interviews and worked with the stakeholders to revise the content.
